If boat trailer does not fit at the condo, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee. Everything you and your family will need for a relaxed, hassle free vacation.
also included for your vacation enjoyment are 2 bikes, kayak, beach chairs umbrella For your little ones, "High Tide" provides a pack-n-play, high chair, board games, puzzles and books. Comfy furniture for relaxing on the covered waterfront porch. Just a short distance from the villa, is a private 35' boat slip with standard power and water hook-up. The 35' slip is at Rudder Canal #1, we recommend loading your boat closer to the condo and storing it in the slip when not in use. Please contact our office for information about the slip location if needed.
